How and in what format can we send our ARTWORK?
Please send all artwork to info@merchspin.com. All files
must be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS,

What and how much are SCREEN CHARGES?
Each color in a design needs to have a screen that goes with it. We
charge a $20 screen charge per color printed. We keep the screens in
stock for 3 months, so as long as you place a re-order within that time,
you will not be charged again for re-printing that design. After three
months, you will only be charged half price if you re-print the same
design.

Can I mix and match shirt and ink colors?
You can mix and match whatever shirt colors you'd like at no
additional charge as long as the same ink colors can be printed on all
the shirts you order. You must order at least 12 of each color though.
If you'd like to change the ink color on the shirts then there will be a

Can I mix and match shirt sizes?
Yes, you can get however many of each size you need. You don't have
to get even dozens or even numbers. Larger sizes like XXL and up do cost
more, so keep that in mind. Youth sizes are available at no additional

Can I get 100 shirts with 2 seperate designs?
Yes, you will be quoted as if you were getting 50 shirts per design.

What kind of shirts do you use? We
typically print on high quality 100% cotton or 50/50 t-shirts depending
on what the you would like. All of the shirts we use are name brand and
exceptional quality. Some of the shirts you will request such as

Do prices include shipping?
We'll give you a shipping estimate when we give you a quote. We ship
everything via UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Keep in
mind that shipping usually ends up being cheaper than local sales tax.

Can you send me my shirts while we're on tour?
Yes, we know how important it is for your band to have merchandise while
on tour, which is why we will do all we can to make sure that they reach
you at your requested destination. We can ship to venues, hotels, UPS
centers, MailBoxes Etc. or friend's houses. [ Back

Do you have a minimum order? The minimum shirt

What is your average turn
around time? As a general rule, we say 12-14 business days (not
including weekend and holidays). This doesn't include shipping time to
your location. Some special orders may take longer. Just let us know

Can you send me a chart of shirt colors to pick
from?
Sure, just send us an email, and we'll email one right back to you.
Keep in mind that colors on web browsers vary and aren't totally
accurate. However, they should be close enough to help you determine

What are my choices for INK colors? We can
mix any color to your design specifications. Because of the variation in
computer monitors, we can not guarantee color matching from digital
files, but we will try our best (and our best is pretty close to
perfect!). If you need exact color martching, please request our PMS
(Pantone Matching System) color matching. There is an additional charge

I am missing a few shirts/I have received more shirts
than I ordered, Why is that? Merchspin orders are subject to a
5% under run due to possible burns or other inconsistencies in the
print. Should this happen to your order, you will be creditied for the

Something is wrong with my order! What do I do? Merchspin pays very high attention to detail, and we strive to produce the highest quality product possible for your job, but we do print for thousands of clients and sometimes mistakes occur! If you receive your order and find that something is incorrect with it, you must notify us within 72 hours of the receipt of your product. Once you contact us we will to everything in our power to remedy the situation!
If it is determined that you should return any product to Merchspin for inspection or refund, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.
