Classic Screen Printing
Classic screen printing includes our standard one to twelve color prints with plastisol based inks.
Vintage Style Printing
Vintage style printing has become a very common technique that gives your product an aged vintage look and feel. With many different ink additive options Merchspin has multiple solutions to ensure that the price is right and the end product is just what you had envisioned from the very beginning. This method works best with light colored apparel.
Oversized Printing
Bigger is better! With many different oversized printing capabilities, Merchspin can push the limits of how large the print capacity is depending on the size of the garment.
Foil Printing
Foil Printing is about the hottest thing in the industry right now. The print shimmers and shines when light hits it, and it is definitely what you want if you are looking for an extremely bright print.
Foil Printing w/ Colors
This method mixes the Foil Print with multiple colors. The other colors on the shirt have a very soft feel, very much like the vintage style print. This method works best with light colored apparel.
Over the Zipper Printing
Looking to get your design printed across the front of a zip-up hoodie? We can do it here at Merchspin! Be aware that irregularities may appear in this printing style. This is a characteristic of designs printed over zippers because of the difference in levels of the zipper and the hoodie itself.
* Because of the different variables of over the zipper prints, refunds can not be issued for this service.
Four Color Process
Four Color Process Printing is your solution for shirts with many colors. We use the CYMK formula to blend inks together to print an image on a shirt that looks like a full color picture.
